Short Description
Design, implement, and optimize SAP HR solutions to help clients enhance their Human Capital Management (HCM) processes. This role requires expertise in SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management) to deliver comprehensive and business-aligned HR solutions tailored to each client's specific needs.
Long Description
- Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with clients' HR strategies and business objectives.
- Deliver end-user training, along with comprehensive documentation and support, to ensure successful adoption of SAP HR solutions.
- Act as a liaison between HR and IT departments, understanding HR processes and translating them into technical solutions.
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and integrations.
- Guide technical teams in implementing custom solutions and interfaces (e.g., with SuccessFactors or third-party payroll systems).
- Serve as the HCM stream lead in SAP implementation or upgrade projects.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP HCM-related incidents and service requests.
- Monitor SAP Notes and support packages to ensure system integrity and compliance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR business units, translating functional requirements into SAP-based solutions.
- Train and mentor junior consultants or internal support teams.
- Prepare project documentation, including design specifications, test scripts, user manuals, and training materials.
